Evomaxx ("we", "us", or "our") is a platform brand and sub-project of Evotag, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Evomaxx operates the creator monetization platform accessible at evomaxx.net under the authority and legal standing of Evotag. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all personal information entrusted to us by our users. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal data submitted to or generated through your use of the Evomaxx platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the data practices described herein.

- Profile data: biography, social media links, creator category, and any content voluntarily published on the Platform.
- Financial and payment data: bank account details, mobile wallet identifiers, or other payment information provided for payout or transaction purposes.
- Communications: support tickets, reports, feedback, and any written correspondence submitted to Evomaxx.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, and unique device identifiers.
- Behavioral data: pages viewed, features accessed, session duration, click patterns, and navigation history within the Platform.
- Transaction logs: point purchases, sticker transactions, challenge entries, message sends, earnings accruals, and withdrawal records.
- Cookie and tracking data: session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers.
2.3 Information Received from Third Parties
- Social media platforms: profile information and authentication data where you choose to connect third-party accounts.
- Payment processors: transaction confirmations, fraud signals, and payment verification data.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes, each grounded in a lawful basis:
- Account creation and management: to establish, maintain, and secure your account on the Platform.
- Service delivery: to provide, operate, and improve the Platform's features including stickers, challenges, point messaging, and creator monetization tools.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Evomaxx does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your information under the following strictly defined circumstances:
4.2 Public Platform Information
Information you voluntarily make public — including your creator username, profile description, published content, challenge listings, and sticker activity — is accessible to other users of the Platform as a fundamental feature of the service.
4.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose personal data where required by applicable law, lawful court order, regulatory authority, or governmental directive — including cooperation with competent authorities in Myanmar or other jurisdictions. We will, where legally permissible, notify affected users of such disclosures.
4.4 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of Evomaxx's assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. Such transfers will be subject to equivalent data protection commitments, and affected users will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such period thereafter as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Financial transaction records and payout histories may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
