Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the evomaxx website and the evomaxx Android mobile application (package com.evotags.evomaxx_app), operated by developer Evotag. They apply to all users, creators, content, messages, profiles, links, and other activity available through the platform.

evomaxx has zero tolerance for content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Users must not use evomaxx to create, upload, share, request, promote, facilitate, or access CSAE or CSAM.

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, generated, or manipulated visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sexual contact, or the exchange of sexual content.
• Sexualizing a minor or soliciting, offering, sharing, or requesting sexual content involving a minor.
• Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate content.
• Trafficking or otherwise facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
• Any attempt to create, upload, distribute, advertise, link to, or obtain content or services that sexually exploit or endanger children.

Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other child endangerment to the evomaxx Child Safety Team at support@evomaxx.net. You may also use our contact form. Include the relevant username, content link, date, and a description of the concern where possible.

When evomaxx becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

• Prioritize and investigate reports involving potential child endangerment.
• Remove or disable access to prohibited content after obtaining actual knowledge of it.
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.
• Preserve relevant account and content information when required for a lawful investigation.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety authorities in accordance with applicable law.

evomaxx is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We respond to valid legal requests and work with relevant authorities where required. Nothing in these standards limits our ability to take immediate action to protect a child, our users, or the public.
